DESCRIPTION:Join Ali on 20th November at 6pm for an inspiring and practical workshop where you’ll learn how to make your own Cider Fire Tonic and explore a variety of immune-boosting plants\, herbs\, spices\, and foods.\nThis hands-on session will guide you through creating a traditional tonic packed with powerful ingredients to support your health through the colder months. Ali will also share knowledge on a wide range of natural remedies and everyday foods that can strengthen your immune system.. \nYou’ll leave with your own bottle of Cider Fire Tonic\, plus the confidence to use plants and spices in simple\, effective ways to help keep you and your family well.\nAll materials and ingredients are provided\, and no prior experience is needed\, just curiosity for natural wellness. \nThe session is relaxed and welcoming\, with plenty of time for questions and discussion. \nWhat’s included:\n\nAll ingredients to make your own Cider Fire Tonic\nInformation on immune-boosting herbs\, foods\, and spices\nFull guidance and tools\n\nThere will also be a full bar with a range of drinks available during the session\, including soft drinks. \nVenue\nThe Holding Cell (Entrance through the Bailiff Bar at the bottom of the building)\, The Old Courts\, Gerrard Winstanley House\, Crawford St\, Wigan WN1 1NA \nTickets\nTickets are £15 pp and will be available on 22nd August – by booking online on this page \nPlease note the venue is age 18+ \n  \nThis event is hosted by The Community Patch CIC\, a local Wigan non-profit\, aiming to bring people together in nature and improve our green spaces for everyone. \n
