DESCRIPTION:Join Ali on 19th March at The Old Courts for another luscious herbal workshop – this time focusing on natural hayfever remedies. \nLearn how to support your body naturally during hayfever season. Discover which herbs help calm inflammation and ease symptoms – including chamomile\, ginger and nettle – and make your own herbal remedies to take home. Options will include a soothing anti-allergy tea to calm the immune system\, and a protective balm to trap pollen before you breathe it in. \nA practical\, hands-on workshop to prepare and ease seasonal allergies for you and your family. \nPlease note we will be using a heat and pouring hot liquid at times. If you can’t make it after that period\, please let us know asap\, as we usually offer the ticket out to the community to allow someone to attend for free. \n  \nThis event is hosted by The Community Patch CIC\, a local Wigan non-profit\, aiming to bring people together in nature and improve our green spaces for everyone. Our ticketed events help to fund our free activities for families and contribute to the community garden. \n
