It is suitable for beginners and anyone wanting some mindful creative time in a welcoming space. DESCRIPTION:Join Victoria for a relaxing herbal skincare workshop at The Old Courts on 19th February at 6pm.  \nLearn how to make your own lip balm and a soothing chamomile sugar scrub using natural ingredients in our beginner-friendly workshop. \nIn this hands-on session\, you’ll create your own nourishing lip balm using our home-made infused oils and a selection of essential oils to choose your perfect scent.\nWe’ll also make a chamomile sugar scrub\, using the natural soothing and anti-inflammatory properties of chamomile to leave your skin soft and calm. \nThis lovely workshop will be a cosy evening of self-care\, creativity\, and learning how to make natural skincare treats that can be nice for yourself or as a thoughtful handmade gift. \nPlease note we will be using a small hob and pouring hot liquid at times. SUMMARY:Step Into Nature - Guided Woodland Walk
DESCRIPTION:Our free monthly guided woodland walk – Step Into Nature.  \nThe next walk together is on 27th Feb\, 10am at Scott Lane Bridge carpark WN6 7NL  It will be led by Victoria – we’ll gently enjoy the sights and sounds of this beautiful area \nStarting in Springfield this month\, we’ll explore the local canal path for an accessible walk. This is pram friendly\, wheelchair friends and generally easier on the legs overall\, a perfect way to get outdoors\, meet new friends\, and discover hidden corners of our local green spaces. The walk is approximately 2 miles long and is free to attend. \nThe surface is flat\, but dress for the weather. \nIt will usually be the 4th Friday of each month at 10am. The starting point may alter very slightly month to month\, but we will make sure to update you. \nBooking is preferred\, but not necessary. It’s just so we know to wait for you.
