DESCRIPTION:Join Victoria on 8th Sept at 1pm at Charlotte’s Community Corner for a special workshop all about herbs for relaxation. \nTogether we’ll learn about traditional and modern uses of herbs to support relaxation. \nHerbs have been used for centuries as part of everyday routines for rest and comfort for both the body and the mind. \nSo together we’ll create a lavender roller\, a calming herbal tea blend and a lavender sachet to take home and explore different ways herbs can be used to help us to de-stress. \nWhat’s included\n\nAn oil roller\, herbal tea and lavender sachet\nFull guidance\, materials & tools\nHandbook to take home\n\nTickets\nThe tickets are only £5 per person thanks to funding.
