We’ve got garden toys and always invite young people to join in with planting and garden jobs if they want. \nPlease dress for the weather – sessions always go ahead unless it’s pouring with rain. DESCRIPTION:Our free monthly guided woodland walk – Step Into Nature.  \nThe next walk together is on 28th August\, 10am\, starting at Scot Lane Bridge\, WN6 7NL\, and will be led by Victoria – we’ll gently enjoy the sights and sounds of these beautiful woodlands through the seasons – and try something new as we get into spring. \nStarting in Springfield this month\, we’ll walk on the canal\, a perfect way to get outdoors\, meet new friends\, and discover hidden corners of our local green spaces. The walk is approximately 2 miles long and flat – suitable for wheels. \nWe don’t mind a bit of rain\, so dress for the weather! Or bring water if it’s a hot day \nIt will be the 4th Friday of each month at 10am. If you are staying all day\, bring some lunch. DESCRIPTION:Join Victoria & Ali for a relaxing\, creative workshop where you can make beautiful Autumn wreaths ready to hang at home. \nOn 15th Oct in The Old Courts Holding Cell\, we’ll be creating seasonal decorations with naturally dried flowers and materials. \nOur annual Christmas wreath event is so popular\, but a wreath is a lovely addition to your home at any time of year\, using inspiration from the season with beautiful autumnal hues. If you have any bits\, like ribbons\, you would like to bring from home to include\, you’re welcome to. \nPlease note these are intended as indoor decorations. \nWhat’s included:\n\nNatural materials\, many locally sourced\nYour own wreath to take home\nFull guidance and tools\n\nThere will also be a full bar with a range of drinks available during the session\, including soft drinks. \nVenue\nThe Holding Cell (Entrance through the Bailiff Bar at the bottom of the building)\, The Old Courts\, Gerrard Winstanley House\, Crawford St\, Wigan WN1 1NA \nTickets\nTickets are £20 pp – by booking online on this page \nPlease note the venue is age 18+ \n  \nThis event is hosted by The Community Patch CIC\, a local Wigan non-profit\, aiming to bring people together in nature and improve our green spaces for everyone. \n
