Join us for a Family Litter Pick at Beech Hill Park on Sunday 8th February – starting at 11am and help care for this local green space.

This is a fun, family-friendly event where everyone can get involved in making a positive difference. All litter picking equipment will be provided, so just turn up dressed for the weather and ready to help. Accompanied children are very welcome, and it is a great way to show young people how small actions can have a big impact on the local environment.

To make things extra fun, there will be a prize for the person or family who collects the most litter!

We will also have refreshments available.

Come along and enjoy spending time outdoors while doing something positive together. You can keep the equipment afterwards to continue the good work

This event is funded by the National Lottery as part of a year-long programme of family environmental events in Wigan Borough, helping us support community action and care for local green spaces.
