Come and relax with us at the Flower Pressing Workshop happening at St Anne’s Community Garden on 29th July at 6pm. Join us and learn the art of preserving beautiful blooms in a unique way.
This relaxing and creative workshop is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of nature to their art and crafts. Explore our beautiful community garden with full guidance on selecting the right flowers and how to press for best results. It’s all beginner-friendly.
We then conclude the session by carefully placing your chosen flowers in the press, ready to take home and to be used for art or display, or more within 3-4 weeks. This is such a calming activity, we can’t wait to share this with you.
The cost is £14 pp and the ticket also includes keeping your flower press forever. Please book on Eventbrite
We will also be hosting a pressed flower art session, so keep checking for updates if you’d like to join us again to create your own floral design with the flowers you’ve pressed.
Please note, this event needs to be a dry day, so if it looks like it’s going to rain during the session, we will need to postpone. We will update asap.
Venue: St Anne’s Community Garden, 152 Beech Hill Avenue, WN6 7TA
