Please join us to continue our project in making Diggle Street Park beautiful for people and pollinators.
On 26th March at 10am, we’ll start creating our first flower bed in the park, and we really need your help! This is the first date of a few this coming spring, and we are so excited to start this work.
We will be digging out the flower bed and planting a variety of flowers and plants chosen for their resilience, beauty, and appeal to birds and insects.
All tools are provided, plus refreshments and full guidance.
Children are welcome with adult supervision.
We’ve already got seating installed, planted a native hedgerow, and, more recently, a community orchard with The Orchard Project.
