Please join us to continue our project in making Diggle Street Park beautiful for people and pollinators.
On 28th April at 10am, we’ll start creating our 2nd flower bed in the park, and we really need your help!
We will be digging out the flower bed and planting a variety of flowers and plants chosen for their resilience, beauty, and appeal to birds and insects.
All tools are provided, plus refreshments and full guidance. If you are staying all day, bring some lunch! You don’t need to stay the whole time, or arrive at 10am.
Children are welcome with adult supervision.
We’ve already got seating installed, planted a native hedgerow, and, more recently, a community orchard with The Orchard Project.
