Join Ali for an outdoor workshop all about herbs for cooking. We will take a tour of the herb garden, learning about common herbs that are easy to grow in the UK, how to grow and care for them, and their culinary uses.
This is a beginner-friendly session on 5th October in our beautiful, calm community garden in Beech Hill, Wigan.
Together, we’ll also pot up and label your own herb to take home, and there will be a beautiful herbal brew available, too.
St Anne’s Community Garden, 152 Beech Hill Ave, Wigan, WN6 7TA
Please note that this session will be outdoors, there is shelter, but please dress for the weather.
Tickets are £16 pp and will be available on 2nd August – by booking on this page
This event is hosted by The Community Patch CIC, a local Wigan non-profit, aiming to bring people together in nature and improve our green spaces for everyone.
