Join Ali on 20th November at 6pm for an inspiring and practical workshop where you’ll learn how to make your own Cider Fire Tonic and explore a variety of immune-boosting plants, herbs, spices, and foods.
This hands-on session will guide you through creating a traditional tonic packed with powerful ingredients to support your health through the colder months. Ali will also share knowledge on a wide range of natural remedies and everyday foods that can strengthen your immune system..
You’ll leave with your own bottle of Cider Fire Tonic, plus the confidence to use plants and spices in simple, effective ways to help keep you and your family well.
All materials and ingredients are provided, and no prior experience is needed, just curiosity for natural wellness.
The session is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
There will also be a full bar with a range of drinks available during the session, including soft drinks.
