Herbal Tonics – Adult Workshop

Join Ali on 29th Sept at 1pm at Charlotte’s Community Corner to create a traditional herbal tonic known as Rose Hip Oxymel.
The combination of honey, vinegar and herbs creates an ancient preparation called an oxymel – together we’ll all learn about the history and uses.
Rosehips are an excellent herb, as they are full of Vitamin C and help keep our immune systems healthy.
Then, to finish, we will make a seasonal herbal tea blend that combines warmth with soothing for the season ahead.
No experience needed, just come along and have a go.
What’s included
- Your own oxymel
- A herbal tea bag
- Full guidance, materials & tools
- Handbook to take home
Tickets
The tickets are only £5 per person thanks to funding. Please book online on this page
