Join Ali on 19th March at The Old Courts for another luscious herbal workshop – this time focusing on natural hayfever remedies.

Learn how to support your body naturally during hayfever season. Discover which herbs help calm inflammation and ease symptoms – including chamomile, ginger and nettle – and make your own herbal remedies to take home. Options will include a soothing anti-allergy tea to calm the immune system, and a protective balm to trap pollen before you breathe it in.

A practical, hands-on workshop to prepare and ease seasonal allergies for you and your family.

Please note we will be using a small hob and pouring hot liquid at times. If you need some support to ensure you can do it safely, please let us know in advance.

Please note, due to the amount of preparation that goes into our workshops, we can allow 1 week prior to events for full refunds. If you can’t make it after that period, please let us know asap, as we usually offer the ticket out to the community to allow someone to attend for free.
