Join Ali on the 16th April at The Old Courts to learn all about cooking with this abundant spring ingredient, Wild Garlic, or Ramson. Together, we’ll make a pesto together to take home, and then we’ll make one of Ali’s famous seasonal herbal teas.

This is a fun practical hands on workshop working with carefully foraged plants and natural ingredients. It’s a delicious and versatile plant.

Please note that, due to the amount of preparation that goes into our workshops, we can allow 1 week prior to events for full refunds. If you can’t make it after that period, please let us know asap, as we usually offer the ticket out to the community to allow someone to attend for free.

This event is hosted by The Community Patch CIC, a local Wigan non-profit, aiming to bring people together in nature and improve our green spaces for everyone. Our ticketed events help to fund our free activities for families and contribute to the community garden.
